This property features a fully fenced grassy front yard and a separately fenced concrete patio with space to enjoy a meal outside. This home is a duplex with a shared driveway but no shared walls

  • UNEVEN FLOORS:

    Because of the home's historic nature, there are spots in the floor that are a little uneven. We have placed rugs over the problem spots.

    PETS:

    Our home is pet friendly. We welcome up to two pets for an additional $70 pet fee. If you would like to bring more than two pets, please send me a message prior to booking.

    DRIVE-IN MOVIE THEATER:

    Our home is located next to the local drive-in movie theater. We have never had any complaints about noise or light from the theater. If there are cars lined up to get into the theater, just drive past and pull into the driveway. You do not have to wait in the traffic. Please see our great reviews or message me with any questions or concerns.

    BOOKING BOTH PROPERTIES:

    This home is a duplex with a shared driveway but no shared walls. Please message me If you need more space for a larger group and you're interested in renting out both properties. Together, both units can sleep up to 14 guests.
